Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
This Service Terms and Agreement for Transportation Reservations (the “Agreement”) is by and between Boston Limo Masters and you (either individually or on behalf of any entity whom you are representing)(“Client” or “you”)

BY SIGNING ELECTRONICALLY AND MAKING A RESERVATION, UTILIZING THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, YOU ARE SIGNIFYING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT (A) YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ENTER THIS AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND, IF APPLICABLE, YOUR ORGANIZATION, AND ARE DOING SO, (B) YOU AND YOUR ORGANIZATION CAN LEGALLY ENTER INTO THESE TERMS AND (C) YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU AND THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT

You agree that you are fully responsible for the actions of all of you, your passengers, guests and invitees (collectively, the “Passengers”) aboard the vehicles provided through Boston Limo Masters. This agreement will be applicable for all trips currently on this reservation and added this reservation

Billing

Tolls:

Passengers are responsible for any toll charges incurred throughout the trip. The tolls will be calculated at the time you make your reservation.
Overages & Wait Times

Terms and Conditions:

You are responsible to read and understand these terms and conditions.

By allowing us to provide transportation for you, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions described in this agreement.

Unethical behavior won’t be tolerated. For conduct that we believe is harmful for our business and our chauffeurs, you will be blocked from booking with Boston Limo Masters. Client must behave in accordance with accepted social behavior. The client and/or contracting party are jointly and severally liable towards Boston Limo Masters for any damage caused to persons, vehicles, equipment, the personal property of others and those areas to which the general public has access.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of the terms of service by posting updates and/or changes.

Boston Limo Masters , shall not be held liable for any damage which may arise from an event that we are unable to foresee, despite all the necessary precautions and in view of the

consequences and circumstances. Nor shall we be held liable for damage caused by mistake, even partial mistake by our client.

Reservations for airport drop-off for the same day, shall be made with 8 hours of anticipation. This allows our team to correctly and timely provide the service without any haste.

In the event you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we suggest you do so at least 48 hours with no cancellation charge.

24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subjected to fees. Your credit card will be charged 50 percent of the cancelled trips cost.

Cancellation made in the same
Day of the reservation will be subject to full charge of the trip cost.

50% refund if cancelled more than 1 day prior to scheduled trip.
No refund if cancelled less than 1 day prior to scheduled trip.
